She combines a strong experimental background with expertise in delivering complex deep tech and R&D programmes. As CEO of QuJiT, she leads company strategy and oversees end to end programme delivery, including stakeholder coordination, risk management, and commercial alignment. She has successfully delivered funded innovation projects and world first demonstrations in tuneable RF systems, translating advanced scientific concepts into structured, scalable outcomes.
Dr Michael Forrester holds a PhD in condensed matter physics, specialising in superconducting arrays, including π junction qubits, quantum information systems, NMR quantum devices, and quantum algorithms. His expertise underpins the development of advanced quantum devices and control methodologies, with a focus on scalable architectures and real world implementation. At QuJiT, he has led the development of the company’s energy aware control stack, advancing practical approaches to stable and scalable quantum technologies.
